This policy explains delivery for orders placed with OLERYN, operated by HAITUOZHILIAN LIMITED.
Delivery Area
We currently ship to the United States. Available shipping methods and address eligibility are shown at checkout. Contact us before ordering if checkout does not offer delivery to your address.
Processing and Dispatch
Orders are normally processed and dispatched within 3 business days after payment confirmation. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding applicable public holidays. Orders received on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day.
Estimated Delivery Time
- Processing and dispatch: normally within 3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Transit after dispatch: estimated 5-11 business days.
- Total delivery time: estimated 8-14 business days from payment confirmation, including processing.
These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. If a product or shipping method has a different timeline, it will be disclosed before purchase. Carrier operations, public holidays, weather, customs handling and other events may affect delivery. Any mandatory rights relating to delayed shipment or non-delivery remain unaffected.
Shipping Charges
Standard shipping costs US$6.00 for orders with a merchandise subtotal below US$50.00. Standard shipping is free for orders of US$50.00 or more. Eligibility is based on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before shipping and taxes. The applicable rate is shown at checkout before payment.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, we will send a shipping confirmation to the email address used at checkout, including tracking information when available. Tracking updates may take time to appear after the carrier receives the parcel. Check your spam folder or contact us if you need help locating the confirmation.
Address Changes and Cancellations
Please check your full address, apartment or unit number, postal code and email before payment. Contact support@oleryn.com immediately if you need a correction or cancellation. We will try to help before packing or dispatch, but changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment begins. Once a parcel is in transit, we cannot promise redirection or cancellation.
Delayed Dispatch, Lost Parcels and Delivery Problems
If we cannot dispatch within the promised period, we will notify you with the revised expected dispatch date and your options to agree to the delay or cancel for a full, prompt refund. Where consent to a delay is required, we will obtain it; if we cannot fulfill the order or you cancel an eligible unshipped order, we will arrange the required refund.
If tracking stops updating, shows delivery that you cannot locate, or your parcel is damaged, missing or incorrect, contact us with your order number and relevant details. We will help investigate with the carrier and arrange an appropriate replacement, refund or other remedy where required. A carrier's scan alone does not remove any rights you have for non-delivery.
For parcels returned because of a customer-provided address error, refusal or failure to collect, we will discuss redelivery or refund options and disclose any reasonable, actual costs that may apply where permitted by law. See our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Duties and Import Charges
Where a shipment is subject to customs handling or import charges, any amount collected by us will be shown before payment. If a destination authority or carrier requires an additional charge, contact us for clarification. Responsibilities and any remedy will be assessed according to the charges disclosed for your order and applicable law.
